You even made her cry! How great is that!? Don't you just love that feeling of them being so utterly defeated and helpless that all they can do is sit there and soooooooob like a little wiggler with no Lusus.

[She's grinning from ear to ear, a little, maybe just a little proud of him.]

Well, uhh... I mean, no, it sucks a little it that she started crying like that, but I think that is just because she's a sore loser, maybe.

Well I know for a fact that Falkner and Bugsy are even easier. But I haven't faced any of the others yet. One of my friends posted all their teams and basic info about them a few days ago and they didn't sound too terribly difficult. [A pause.] In fact, I think I may be overprepared for them at this point since we have spent such a long time here.

But what about Tavros? The two of you seemed to do pretty well together here even though it wasn't actually a double battle. Or if you think I could keep up maybe we could try it some time.

Oh I see. Well from the way you two were talking just now, I never would have guessed that was the case. So maybe now is the perfect time to bury the hatchet, as they say.

Whenever you want to give it a try, just let me know. We can rain doom on some poor hapless trainers along the routes or something. [So badass they will be.]

And that's the first step! Wanting to bury the metaphorical hatchet. And Tavros seems like a nice guy, as long as you don't bury the hatchet then dig it back up again and use it on him I think you will be okay. [John what. No. What kind of advice is this?] Just don't forget that you can't make it up to people and then just go back to being the same person. You have to act differently or you will just fall into the same trap again. And then you will have to bury more hatchets and it's really hard work burying that many wood-hacking tools.
