Citizens of Johto, hi, or, uhh, good morning, I guess it is... I was wondering a thing and I was hoping that maybe there would be another someone, or perhaps multiple someones, who would be possibly capable of helping me with the thing I was wondering about. It worked pretty well the last time I asked, so, uhh, anyway, I guess I should probably ask it now. The thing that I'm wondering is that I recently received an advisement to attempt battling the leader of the Gym establishment here, uhh, in Goldenrod City, which is where I am right now, still, but I don't know if that's a thing that I could do, because I heard that the Gym places are pretty formidable. So I guess I was thinking that maybe I could effectively make myself open to suggestions on how a way would be to tackle such a task in a successful manner.

'cause Whitney's Miltank is a girl and Attract works on just the opposite sex in the Pokemon world. So uh...hope your guys don't get hit with it or they'll be pretty much useless for the rest of the battle.

Well, okay, I guess I can see the use of a thing such as that, so, I'll have to be careful about that with Rufio, uhh, and my other boy Pokemon that I might also be using in order to battle the Gym leader.

Right! It was pretty tough for me 'cause my only Fighting type is a guy. But I had a strong female Pokemon with me too, even if her type wasn't super effective against Miltank.

I think for the majority of things that I might be doing, uhh, using types that are not especially advantageous will be one of them, majorly, so, I guess I will essentially have the work that I need to be doing, cut out for me, so to speak, in this case.

Do any of them have a Fighting type move at least? That'd be helpful enough.

No, I don't think so. [ 8( ] Mostly the types that I have for using are Normal, Fire and Psychic.

Well, hopefully you can get a leg up on her with your Pokemon's levels. Her's are in the 40-45 range.
